What are the steps I should follow if I want to make a return?

To make a return, you need to contact us by phone 954 960 743 (our customer service hours are from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.). 

What is the delivery time for my order?

The delivery time for our orders is 48-72 hours from the time of payment.

What supermarket chains carry Obando products?

You can find our products in any of these establishments: Alcampo, Ahorramás, Condis, GM, Makro, ALDI (in all locations within Andalusia except Almería and in all locations in Extremadura except Plasencia), Eroski Malaga, El Corte Inglés.

Where are Obando products sold in the Canary Islands?

You can find our products in: Hiperdino, Spar, Kanali, as well as in some Gourmet shops.

Do you offer home delivery of bread?

No, we do not offer home delivery of bread. We only offer delivery of the products that are available for purchase on our website.

What delivery service do you use?

The delivery service we use for our domestic orders is Correos Express. MAILBOX is commissioned for the international service, which can be outsourced to other companies such as UPS or TNT.

What payment methods are available?

We currently accept four payment methods:

  1. Credit or debit card
  2. Paypal
  3. Bank transfer, in this case making the payment directly to our account using the order reference number as the payment reference. (The order will not be shipped until the total amount has been received in our account.)
  4. Cash on delivery (3€ fee)

What if I haven’t received email confirmation of my order?

First, check to be sure that the confirmation email is not in your SPAM folder. If you haven’t received your confirmation email, it may be that you entered your email incorrectly when registering. You can call us on 954 960 743 (Monday to Friday from 10AM to 2PM and from 4PM to 7PM) or send us an email at with your personal information, and we will locate your order.

Can I change or cancel an order that has already been carried out?

Once the payment is made, it is not possible to modify or cancel the order. If you need to add products to your basket, you can make an additional purchase. What if a product that I want is sold out?

If the product is sold out after having placed the order, Panadería Obando will contact you to offer you a satisfactory solution.

How can I redeem a discount coupon?

You can enter it in the first step of the purchase process or in the shopping basket, in the space labelled ‘Coupon code’ and then clicking on ‘Apply coupon’ to activate the discount.
